Privacy Notice

Madrasah Az-Zahraa collects family and student information solely to administer registration, enrollment, and tuition for our Sunday school program.

We collect details such as parent and emergency-contact information, and for each child their name, date of birth, and any allergies, medical, or learning needs you choose to share. Sensitive information is stored securely, and each family can only ever access their own records.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

We follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). You may request a copy of your family’s information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting info@azia.ca.
